Welcome Back to Bodywork!

I hope this finds you and your family in good health. While much has changed, one thing remains the same: my commitment to your health and safety.

Please help me to support all of my clients by cooperating with some new requirements. Below are changes to help protect each of us:

  • I will text you within 24 hours of your appointment to ask you updates to your health and specifically about your potential exposure to COVID-19.

  • Please text me upon your arrival and wait outside the front door. Please remove gloves if you are wearing these.

  • When the office is prepared, I will greet you at the door and check your temperature with a scan to confirm that you don’t have a fever. I’ll ask you if you have developed any symptoms of illness since we communicated.

  • If you feel ill on the day of your session, there is no penalty for cancelling your appointment. Massage is not advised if you have any symptoms of illness. 

  • Please bring a face mask to use while you are in the building, and during your massage.

  • I will ask you to sign an informed consent form for your session.

  • There is a hand-hygiene station that I will ask you to use when you enter the office.

Massage and bodywork require skin-to-skin contact, and infection control has always been a top priority for my practice. I diligently follow Practice Guidelines recommended by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB), along with infection control recommendations made by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

My practice complies with the CDC’s Covid-19 requirements, which include various new sanitizing procedures, the use of additional products and techniques, and restricting client flow for social distancing. In order to remain viable and ensure the same excellent quality of care for you, treatment prices are $125 per session hour.
